Who is responsible for your data?

Swiss Thara Massage — Clement Ramanich, St-Cergue (VD), is the data controller for data collected on this website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

What data do we collect, and why?

  • Appointment booking: name, phone, email, address (home sessions), reason for consultation. Basis: performance of the requested service. Retention: duration of the client relationship.
  • Contact form: name, phone, message. Basis: pre-contractual steps.
  • Newsletter: email, first name. Basis: your explicit consent (time-stamped double opt-in). One-click unsubscribe at any time.
  • Therapeutic follow-up: session observations. Sensitive data stored encrypted, accessible only to the therapist, never shared with third parties. Basis: your explicit consent.
  • Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4): set only after your agreement via the cookie banner. Anonymised statistics.

Who has access to your data?

Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible only to the practitioner and to strictly necessary technical processors: the website host and the email provider, contractually bound to confidentiality.
